Privacy
De cliënt voorziet de schoonheidssalon vóór de eerste behandeling van alle gegevens, waarvan de schoonheidsspecialiste aangeeft dat deze noodzakelijk zijn of waarvan de cliënt redelijkerwijs behoort te begrijpen dat deze noodzakelijk zijn voor het zorgvuldig uitvoeren van de behandelingen. De schoonheidssalon neemt de persoonlijke gegevens van de cliënt op in een geautomatiseerd systeem. De schoonheidssalon behandelt de vertrouwelijke gegevens van de cliënt volgens de richtlijnen in de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. De schoonheidssalon zal gegevens van de cliënt niet verkopen of verhuren aan derden zonder schriftelijke toestemming vooraf van de cliënt.
Geheimhouding
De schoonheidsspecialiste is verplicht tot geheimhouding van alle vertrouwelijke informatie die de cliënt heeft medegedeeld tijdens de behandeling. Informatie geldt als vertrouwelijk als dit door de cliënt is meegedeeld of als dit voortvloeit uit de aard van de informatie. De geheimhouding vervalt indien, op grond van een wettelijke bepaling of een rechterlijke uitspraak, de schoonheidsspecialiste verplicht is de vertrouwelijke informatie aan derden te verstrekken.
PRIVACYVERKLARING VAN BY MARTINE SOPHIA
Deze Privacyverklaring is van toepassing op alle persoonsgegevens die BY MARTINE SOPHIA verwerkt van haar klanten.
Indien je klant wordt van BY MARTINE SOPHIA, of om een andere reden persoonsgegevens aan BY MARTINE SOPHIA verstrekt, geef je uitdrukkelijk toestemming om je persoonsgegevens in lijn met de Privacyverklaring te verwerken.

2.2 BY MARTINE SOPHIA verwerkt de in sub 2.1 genoemde persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:
a) je naam, adres, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres wordt gebruikt voor contact over afspraken en de eventuele annulering daarvan,
b) je naam, adresgegevens en telefoonnummer wordt gebruikt voor het versturen van uitnodigingen en informatie over diensten en activiteiten van BY MARTINE SOPHIA;
c) je gezondheidsgegevens worden gebruikt in de voortgang van de behandelingen om deze te monitoren.
d) Voor- en na foto’s van huidproblemen worden gebruikt om de voortgang van de behandeling te monitoren. Voor- en na foto’s van huid, nagels of wimpers worden gedeeld op Social Media na toestemming van u.
E-mail berichtgeving:
BY MARTINE SOPHIA gebruikt je naam en e-mailadres om je haar e-mail nieuwsbrief met informatie over activiteiten, diensten en andere interessante informatie over het lidmaatschap van BY MARTINE SOPHIA. Afmelding voor deze mailings is te allen tijde mogelijk via de afmeldlink onderaan de mailing.
3. Bewaartermijnen
BY MARTINE SOPHIA verwerkt en bewaart je persoonsgegevens tot het moment dat u verzoekt de gegevens te verwijderen. Aansluitend worden de persoonsgegevens vernietigd.

6. Wijzigingen

BY MARTINE SOPHIA uses your name and e-mail address to send you her e-mail newsletter with information about activities, services and other interesting information about the membership of BY MARTINE SOPHIA. Cancellation for these mailings is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.
3. Storage periods
